We were tasked with creating a frictionless user experience from the ground up, crafting journeys that allow users to generate, send, and manage essential freelance documents with minimal effort.


Understanding the User – Freelancers First

From the beginning, this product was shaped with a crystal-clear persona: the busy freelancer. Through UX research and interviews, we identified core pain points like difficulty tracking invoices, repetitive contract creation, and clunky signature flows.


The design focuses on:

  • Rapid generation of quotes/invoices

  • Easy reuse of previous documents

  • A guided, no-stress signing process

  • Integration-ready, AI-assisted document creation (for future phases)


Designing for Simplicity & Clarity

Our design process was rooted in minimalism, emphasizing whitespace, typographic hierarchy, and clear CTAs. We applied consistent UI patterns and built with accessibility in mind, ensuring every element—from dashboard to document preview—was intuitive even on first use.
