The Challenge

The Challenge

The Challenge

Supply chain operations are time-critical and data-heavy. The platform’s original UI buried insights under layers of filters and clutter.

  • Managers had to jump across 5–6 screens to complete a single shipment task.

  • Error rates were high due to unclear data hierarchies.

  • No design system existed, so every feature looked and behaved differently.

The biggest challenge: streamline workflows without losing the depth of functionality.

Our Solution

Our Solution

Our Solution

  1. Process Mapping & Research

    • Interviewed warehouse managers and operators to uncover their real bottlenecks.

    • Mapped out “as-is” vs “to-be” workflows to identify opportunities for simplification.

  2. UX Overhaul

    • Reduced repetitive data entry by introducing smart defaults & auto-fill.

    • Consolidated multi-screen tasks into single, progressive dashboards.

    • Introduced priority-based visual hierarchy so urgent shipments were always visible first.

  1. Design System Implementation

    • Created a robust UI library with reusable patterns (tables, filters, dashboards).

    • Defined interaction guidelines for consistency across modules.

    • Delivered scalable components that the engineering team could roll out incrementally.

Impact: The redesigned platform improved task efficiency by 40%, reduced training time for new operators, and gave leadership confidence to scale operations faster.
